Your device is your inbox, address book, photo album, and connection to the people
and places that matter most. With so much valuable information on your device, you’ll
want to make sure it's secure and protected from loss or theft. Once the Mobile Locate
app is downloaded to your device you can tap
into your dashboard from any computer to:
- GPS locate and alarm functions to find a lost device.
- Back up and restore your contacts, photos and videos.
- Lock and then erase an unrecoverable device to secure your data.
Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
- 1. Enroll in Mobile Protection Pack
- 2. Download the Mobile Locate app
- 3. Log in to secure and find your device
Once the application is downloaded, you must install it to your device to be enrolled
in the service. If you misplace your device you can come back to this site and simply
sign in to locate or lock your device. If your device is permanently lost, proceed
to the Replace tab and click on "file a claim".
The Mobile Locate app is a feature available to enrolled Mobile Protection Pack customers
with compatible devices-for the most up-to-date list, click here.
NOTE: Technical limitations may prevent certain features (e.g., lock and alarm)
from working on all devices. The service requires the device to be powered on, have
text messaging capabilities and be within AT&T's coverage area. Data usage charges
may apply for download and use of this application.
